Conditions for Product Exchanges / Returns
If you have any questions about a product, please read the following details carefully or contact the store before placing an order.
Case 1: Product Exchange

For incorrect or damaged products

For customer-initiated exchanges (e.g., wrong product, color, or size)
* Customer is obliged to the return shipping fee and new shipping fee.
Product Exchange Procedure

Customer must notify us of the need to exchange within 3 days after receiving the product, using the channel through which the order was placed for confirmation.

The product must remain unopened, unused, and undamaged. We reserve the right to deny exchanges for products not in perfect condition.

After returning the product, please provide a photo of the receipt with the tracking number. Upon receipt and confirmation of the product's condition, we will ship the new product to the customer with the new tracking number.
Case 2: Product Return and Refund Request

After returning the product, please provide a photo of the receipt with the tracking number. Upon receipt and confirmation of the product's condition, we will initiate the refund process, including the product price and shipping fee back to the customer.
Note: Once we receive the product, our inspection and approval process for the refund will take up to 30 business days, according to the company's accounting period.
Caution: We support returns via Thai Post, Kerry, or similar shipping companies within Thailand only. This does NOT include courier services such as Grab Messenger, Line Man or equivalent services.
