Conditions for Product Exchanges / Returns

If you have any questions or concerns about a product, we kindly ask that you read the following policy carefully or contact us before placing your order.

CASE 1: PRODUCT EXCHANGE

  • For incorrect, defective, or damaged items (our responsibility):

If the issue arises from our side — such as receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or damage during transit — we will take full responsibility.

  • For customer-initiated exchanges (e.g., wrong product ordered, change of preference):

​Customers are responsible for both the return shipping fee and the re-delivery shipping cost.

 

Exchange Procedure

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product via the original communication channel used to place the order.

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in perfect condition.

  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for products that do not meet these conditions.

  • After shipping the product back, please provide us with a photo of the shipping receipt and tracking number.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send out the replacement and share the new tracking details with you

CASE 2: PRODUCT RETURN & REFUND

  • Applicable in the following cases:

    • Product is damaged or defective

    • Product does not match the order or differs from the advertised description

  • Return & Refund Procedure

    • ​Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product via the original communication channel used to place the order.

    • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

    • Upon return, please provide a photo of the shipping receipt and tracking number.

    • Once we receive and confirm the product’s condition, we will process your refund, including the original shipping fee.

    • Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be completed, depending on our accounting cycle.

  • Important Notes

    • Returns and exchanges must be shipped via Thailand Post, Kerry, or similar national courier services.

    • We do not accept returns delivered through on-demand courier services such as Grab, LINE MAN, or similar platforms.

    • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
